Garment finishing and folding system

The example at the side shows a compact garment finishing and folding system installed in a minimum of space. The items are put on hangers in the Kannegiesser feeding station in an ergonomical manner. At the infeed position, the operator can decide whether to create an open or a closed folding pattern. Furthermore, there is the possibility to select automate hangers or single-use hangers, depending on the type of delivery. |

A storage conveyor ensures the continuous feeding of the tunnel finisher SMT .
Upon completion of the finishing process, the garments are fed to a further storage zone by means of the sloping conveyor. At the storage zone end sensors detect the type of hanger to route the garments either to the automatic folder Faltautomat FA-X 900 or for a delivery on hangers.
The empty hangers are returned to the hanger loading station via a storage and transport conveyor.
For particularly high finish qualities, a combination of cabinet unit with laying table was integrated.
